What’s the difference between self-paced and facilitated programs?
Self-paced programs let you learn in your own time, with flexible access to activities, videos, and tools. Facilitated programs include guided 1:1 sessions with a Leading Teams expert, offering deeper reflection, discussion, and support.
Is this just for leaders? I don’t manage anyone.
Nope. These programs are for anyone who wants to grow—personally or professionally. Leadership isn’t about job titles—it’s about how you influence, communicate, and show up.
Will I get a certificate or proof of completion?
Yes. Once you complete a program, you’ll receive a certificate to mark your achievement. It’s a great way to celebrate your progress—and share it with your network.
What’s the time commitment? I’m worried I won’t be able to keep up.
We know life gets busy. Self-paced programs are designed to fit around your schedule—you can pause and pick up anytime within your access period. If you choose a facilitated program, you’ll book 1:1 coaching sessions at times that suit you. You’re always in control of your pace and progress.
I’m more of a hands-on learner. Will this feel too theoretical?
Not at all. Everything is grounded in real-world practice. You’ll work through reflections, tools, and activities designed to help you apply what you learn to your actual work and relationships—right away.
